Shipping & Returns

PLACING AN ORDER 

If you love something that you have seen on our online shop, you are able to make a purchase using your credit card (Mastercard or Visa) directly or through Shop Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. Once your order is finalised, you will be sent a confirmation email indicating that your payment was successful & we have received your order. If necessary, we also allow manual orders via phone or email using credit card details (Visa & Mastercard).

SHIPPING 

All successful orders will be processed and shipped within 1-7 days. If there are any changed circumstances or issues with the order, we will contact you using the information you provided in the checkout process. 

 

DELIVERY & PICKUP 

We offer free delivery within the Bathurst CBD (within 1km of our shop location) and have a $10 shipping fee for locations within 10km of our shop location. For Australia wide delivery, delivery prices will be quoted & charged in the checkout process. Please note that fresh seasonal bouquets & vase arrangements can only be delivered to locations within a 60km radius of Bathurst. All orders have the option to be picked up from our store, providing the order confirmation email is shown upon pick-up. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Ordering online can be a scary process, so at Foster & Co. Botanicals our return policy ensures that you can feel safe & comfortable placing your online orders with us! 

If you receive a delivery & feel that the item is not right for you, we will carry out a product exchange, give store credit, or a full refund. 

  • In order to receive a full refund, you must contact us and have the item returned to our store within 7 days of receiving it. 
  • In order to receive store credit or exchange your item for a different one, you must contact us & have the item returned to our store within 14 days. 
  • Any returned items must be in perfect condition, as well as the packaging. 
  • Any refund amount will not include the shipping charge. 
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to our store, so we recommend using a registered post service or trackable courier! 
  • Exchanges will be processed as a new purchase & a full refund. Please order & pay for a new item before contacting us and returning your original item, to be exchanged, for a full refund. 
  • Shipping charges will be waived if the item is faulty. 
  • Store credit will be valid for 3 months from issue date. 
  • Refunds & store credit will only be processed once the item has been returned to us. 
  • There is no refunds, exchanges or store credit issued on Fresh Flowers.
